Greater Toronto Indoor Football League Announces Player

Recruitment for the 2025/2026 Indoor Amateur Arena Football Season

Toronto, ON — The Greater Toronto Indoor Football League (GTIFL) is officially opening player recruitment for the 2025/2026 Indoor Amateur Arena Football League season, inviting athletes from across the GTA and surrounding regions to showcase their skills and compete in the only Arena Football League in Canada offering the next level of indoor football excellence. 

As the only and premier destination for amateur arena football in Ontario and Canada the GTIFL delivers a fast-paced, high-energy version of the game designed for both player development and community entertainment. The league’s mission is to build a competitive, inclusive, and player-first environment that elevates local talent while growing the sport of indoor football in Canada.

Player Recruitment Details

Online Registration Opens:October 25, 2025

Season Kickoff:December 2025

Eligibility: Athletes aged 18+, experience preferred but not required, Ontario residency.
